All of our prices are as is – no hidden fees, no upsells and no contracts required.

In addition to our standard cleaning service, we also seek to work with real estate agents and property managers to provide reliable cleaning services for properties that are listed or have recently sold. Our team can help you perform a move-out house cleaning for a property you’ve sold, or a move-in cleaning for your client when they move into their new home.

We also work with apartment landlords and residents to provide the highest-quality move-out cleaning services. Whether you are a tenant moving out or an apartment manager wanting to prepare an apartment for new tenants, Scrubd Cleaning can help.

Disclaimer for Excluded Services

Please be advised that the following services are excluded from our standard house cleaning offerings:

1. Heavy Duty Cleaning - This includes deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery or any surfaces requiring specialized cleaning treatments or equipment.
2. Cleaning of Hazardous Materials - We do not handle cleaning of hazardous substances, such as biohazards, mold, paint, toxic materials or anything that is a health hazard or that would require the wearing of medical grade protective gear.
3. Moving Services - We do not offer moving of heavy furniture, appliances or other large items.
4. Post-Construction Cleaning - Any cleaning after construction, renovation or remodeling is not included unless specifically requested and priced separately, including but not limited to discarded project supplies or damage left and incurred by any previous project contractors.
5. Natural Disaster Cleaning - We do not provide extreme cleaning from natural disasters and do not remove debris or traces from fires or floods.
6. High, Hard-to-Reach Areas - We do not clean extremely high areas, such as windows, window sills or ledges, unless these areas can be reached and cleaned by using a two-step stool and an extendable high duster tool. We do not bring or use ladders to clean hard-to-reach areas at any residence.
7. Carpet Cleaning - We do not provide carpet cleaning beyond standard vacuuming services, as carpet cleaning is a specialty service that requires special equipment, tools and training (see also Heavy Duty Cleaning).
8. Electrical and Plumbing - We do not provide repair services for any electrical or plumbing issues.
9. Hot Tubs and Pools - We do not clean hot tubs or pools, either indoor or outdoor. We do not provide maintenance services for hot tubs or pools and do not handle any chemicals needed to maintain their pH balance, alkalinity, calcium levels or clarifiers.
10. Organizing and Decluttering - We do not provide organizing or decluttering services beyond basic tidying and surface cleaning.
11. Cleaning of Personal or Private Items - We do not clean personal belongings such as clothing, documents or items that are stored in cabinets, closets, storage containers or sheds, including any on-site or off-site storage facilities.
12. Antiques and Specialty Items - We do not clean or offer restoration services to antiques, jewelry, limited edition or rare books, artwork, musical instruments or any delicate, breakable specialty item of value, as cleaning these require training, specialty equipment and tools, and have a high risk of damage.
13. Exterior - We do not provide cleanup of exterior siding, window exteriors, exterior decking or any exterior portion of the residence, including but not limited to standalone objects such as grills, fire pits, pizza ovens, exterior cameras or television equipment.
14. Pest Infestations - We do not provide cleaning services for residences with an active pest infestation, such as insects or rodents. We will only clean these residences after a professional extermination has been successfully completed at the residence.
15. Bodily Fluids - We do not clean blood or any other kind of bodily fluids or waste; this includes any pet waste and any litter boxes or pet accidents, both inside or outside of the residence as well as on any surface.
16. Pet Care - We do not feed pets or handle any other aspect of their care. We do not clean or service any sort of animal tank, including but not limited to fish tanks and reptile tanks.
